What can I expect in the application process?

  • Next, you’ll fill out the Application. This almost tells the entire story, but there will be more documentation needed during the approval process.
  • We’ll call you with your pre-approval and a property price range.
  • Underwriting is usually completed within 24 hours of all supplemental documentation received.
  • We will then begin negotiating on the purchase of your selected Dream Home.
  • Make your Lease Payments until the option payments are complete. Once you have fully executed the Option Agreement, we will convert you to a Contract for Deed. This usually takes our customers about 48 months, but some have completed the process within a few months with no prepayment penalties!
